Plans are moving forward to build a sleek cluster of townhomes in the heart of Midtown. Fierman Development's Todd Fierman recently bought a .17-acre parcel at 975 Piedmont Avenue to build — you guessed it — 975 Piedmont, a multi-level townhome project in one of Atlanta's most walkable districts, Bisnow reports. Accoring to 975 Piedmont's website, the project will offer just four state-of-the-art homes, each with expansive rooftop spaces boasting killer Midtown views. The site in question sits across the street from Campagnolo.
