Word around the campfire is that retail space at the 1010 Midtown building will soon be 100 percent occupied. The Ardent Companies recently bought all 37,853 square feet of retail and restaurant space at the curvaceous Peachtree Street tower for $15 million. According to a press release, Ardent is negotiating a lease with an undisclosed restaurateur who owns several eateries throughout Atlanta, and who would fill the remaining 2,000 square feet of retail that isn't occupied.
