A moldering Poncey-Highland landmark took a significant step Monday toward being reborn as a boutique hotel. The Atlanta City Council voted 11-0 in favor of rezoning the Clermont Hotel, shuttered since 2009, to allow for a new parking structure behind the 1920s building, the repurposing of an adjacent building as a "guest villa" and the addition of rooftop music!
