Not everyone's giddy with the design or location of a new elementary school planned near Roswell's burgeoning Historic District. The school will consume residential and commercial properties, including a tired shopping center where some property owners face eminent domain after refusing to sell. New Urban Roswell takes umbrage with the design: "The school we are getting will be a cookie cutter version that Fulton County is using quite frequently these days."
