The resurgence of an understated downtown Atlanta landmark continues. Koch Business Solutions L.P. will move from a building recently bought by Georgia State University to occupy 90,000 square-feet at the 33-story Equitable Building, which is undergoing $15 million in improvements after changing ownership.
