The New York Times devotes a story this week to the opening of North Atlanta High in Buckhead — that 11-story former IBM office building "with views fit for a corporate executive." At $147 million, it's the most expensive public high school ever built in Georgia, but that's chump change compared to the $578 million Robert F. Kennedy high school complex in Los Angeles, which apparently cost more than Beijing's Olympic stadium. [NYT]
