Emory Village is climbing aboard the let's-close-the-streets-and-frolic train. For three hours on Sunday, Sept. 29, roads around the Emory commercial hub will swap vehicles with "spontaneous activities, music, food and drink." Patterned after Atlanta Streets Alive, they're calling this shindig "Open Streets DeKalb." What's next — "Downtown Connector Alive"?
