Along the Highland Avenue corridor in the Old Fourth Ward we find this gigantic tri-level domicile — so huge, it includes an elevator and a seemingly endless labyrinth of bedrooms. In fact, it's a six-bed craftsman tower with nearly 5,600 square feet, and a sliver of skyline views from the rooftop deck. Cool touches abound here: surround sound, a vast front porch, that fireplace in the master bedroom, those uniquely coffered ceilings and four sides of bona fide brick. Built in 2007, it last sold three years ago for $525,000. Now, it's asking substantially more: $799,000. (Granted, it could have been upgraded since the last sale). While recent changes on this particular stretch of Highland Avenue could signal an expedited turnaround, the surrounding environs still have a ways to go. To the point we can't help wondering if this asking price is tantamount to shooting for the stars and seeing what happens.
