While apartment construction continues to go gangbusters across Atlanta, it's few and far between that we find townhomes going up, and usually in small bunches. Which makes it all the more puzzling that a project like Skyhill — a modernistic, 12-townhome cluster on North Avenue in Poncey-Higland — hasn't broken ground. Skyhill has been proposed for years, and you'd think demand would have skyrocketed with the opening of the Eastside Trail and Historic Fourth Ward Park — and with Ponce City Market activity just down the hill.
