Views Aren't Too Shabby At Curvaceous Aqua Unit

New, 1 comment

For fans of 24-hour concierge services, we find this large three-bedroom unit perched high in Midtown's Aqua building. On clear days, the views here span from Stone Mountain, to the Buckhead skyline and the great sludge of traffic on the Connector. Even the master bathtub has titillating city views. Other perks include a private elevator, valet services, a storage closet and the fact the condo is more than 2,800 square feet. All this comes with a hefty ask — $719,000 — which doesn't seem too out of whack, given the price of much smaller units in the general Midtown vicinity. The 83-unit Aqua building opened in 2007, and from an architectural standpoint, its glassy South Beach influences are fairly unique for Atlanta. As for this curvaceous property, it sold just last year for $598,000.
