"Dumb and Dumber To" a movie starring Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey has started shooting in Atlanta. According to 11 Alive, several blocks at Pearl Street and Kirkwood Avenue have been rented out and transformed with lots of facades of fake brick and other details to make Cabbagetown look like Rhode Island. The film is the sequel to the 1994 film "Dumb and Dumber" which was mostly filmed in Colorado and Utah.
