A More Affordable Slice Of 805 Peachtree Building

New, 1 comment

Here's a relatively affordable slice-of-life at the 805 Peachtree building in Midtown. Relative, that is, to this $825,000 cosmopolitan palace that crowns the same building, a penthouse we featured on these pages last week. This two-bedroom condo, a corner unit with pool views, is asking $314,900. It's roomy at 1,471 square feet and boasts industrial flourishes (see: the ceiling) and not-so-apparent perks like custom window blinds and speaker-equipped bathrooms. While the two bedrooms are private (as the listing agent asserts) they both appear to lack doors, which is more than some buyers are comfortable with. (For what it's worth, they appear more secluded than the aforementioned penthouse's bedrooms). The agent is accurate in calling this one of Midtown's most desirable loft buildings, and the amenities "resort like." We're told the pool is heated and cooled.
