Mixed-Use Aspirations

New, 6 comments

Atlanta's latest transit-centered, mixed-use project isn't in Midtown or Buckhead —it's on the grounds of a former antique emporium in Chamblee. Spruce Street Partners has bought the old Great Gatsby's store on Peachtree Boulevard with plans to open retail, multifamily housing and possibly a hotel. Walking distance from the Chamblee MARTA station, the project would be the northernmost TOD — or Transit Oriented Development — in Atlanta. [Bisnow]
