Sounds like MARTA's "Ride with Respect" rules might have some teeth after all. Since the transit system's new code of conduct took effect in early November, more than 500 people's MARTA privileges have been suspended, the AJC reports. MARTA can now outlaw passengers for things like spitting, begging, eating or drinking, soliciting, listening to loud music or generally being "unruly." [CBS/AJC]
