The process of building stuff in Atlanta could become smoother thanks to a planned overhaul of the city's zoning ordinance laws. Unbelievably, Atlanta's zoning laws haven't been updated since 1985, and they've become antiquated enough to constantly frustrate zoning applicants and city staff, Atlanta Intown Paper reports.
