The Atlanta Streetcar keeps inching toward productiveness: The power to mobilize the system came on in May, the actual cars were dragged around the tracks in August and, today, the city's four streetcars are scheduled to make their first adorable loops under their own power. Awwww. Officials are asking gawkers to adhere to sidewalks and drivers to take alternate routes, because, like all infants, the streetcars will move sloooowly. [AJC]
