In an effort to offload their four remaining penthouses, The Residences at W Atlanta–Downtown is offering "prestige buyers" a sky-high incentive: free helicopter rides (for a year) to Hartsfield-Jackson International and DeKalb-Peachtree airports. The offer aims to tout the building's unique selling point of a helipad — a direct link to flights around the globe. The penthouses, which start at $1.5 million, include at least 3,289 square feet, two view-tastic balconies, glass staircases and Gaggenau kitchen appliances. [W]
