The MyLife company employed complex mathematics this week to declare Atlanta the eight best U.S. city for Halloween. They considered America's 100 most populous cities and ranked them on metrics both reasonable (percentage of kids) and frivolous (Tweet content). The ATL ruled with its sheer number of costume stores and percentage of vacant houses! So spooky!
