Property records indicate the unit last sold for $36,000 — and that three consecutively numbered units (including the one listed) were all purchased by the same individual within the last year, leaving one to deduce that the three were probably combined into one. If this is the case, the resulting unit should be more than 2000 square feet. Other details that support this scenario: the unit includes three parking spaces and three balconies, including a full-blown sky patio. Amenities include a giant lap pool and basketball court in the clouds.
