Inman Park's Pink Animal House, A Fixer-Upper, Asks $800K

New, 2 comments

One of Inman Park's truly grande dames is on the market for $799,000, but she comes bearing heavy baggage and perhaps too much make-up. For starters, this isn't a single residence right now, but a seven-unit investment property. And while there's plenty of dream-home potential here (and 1891 character like this certainly can't be duplicated) it'll be a pricey march between here and there. Or maybe you'd like to play landlord and turn this pink lady into IP's Animal House. Either way, it's hard to say what the overall condition is like; a single interior photo in listings, though, is usually a nuclear red flag on fire. While the back yard pool offers the "million dollar view" the listing claims, it's a tad bedraggled. All things considered, the location might be the grandest part.
