WESTSIDEGiovanni DiPalma, the restaurateur behind "Little Italia," is facing a federal labor lawsuit. The US Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division alleges DiPalma is running one of his restaurants, Gio's Chicken Amalfitano, like a sweatshop.

VIRGINIA-HIGHLAND — After moving out of the kitchen at Joystick Gamebar, Illegal Food will open up its own location in the former Bar Meatball space. The restaurant, which serves The Hank, one of Atlanta's favorite burgers, is aiming to launch in November.

WESTSIDEArianne Fielder is out as bar manager at Bellwoods Social House. She had been running the cocktail program since the watering hole opened in late August, and there's no word yet on reason for the departure.
