After 2 Years, Gorgeous Townhome Lingers Unsold, Lonely

New, 8 comments

Okay, okay, so it's Atlanta's most expensive townhome — by a long shot. At $3.09 million, this 11,000-square-foot Francophile's delight costs more than twice as much as the second-priciest townhome on the open market. But still. This is one bad mother. And this part of town swims with the athletes and musicians you'd think would kill for 16-foot ceilings, that marble and the recording studio (one owner, we hear, does voices for a living). Nevertheless, this elevator-having, four-car-garage-boasting townhome at The Enclave On Peachtree has languished unsold for 22 months now. It's by far the priciest unit in the ring-shaped complex — and likely the largest, too — but the seller doesn't seem to be sweating it: The price has actually climbed from $2.9 million in 2013. It sits a hop, skip and jump from Restaurant Eugene, so even the Walk Score of 85 is stellar. All of this begs the question: WTF?
