Mind-Boggling Dilemmas

A rather mundane household item is wreaking havoc on Atlanta's sewers, and the revenge it's exacting is rather ironic. Baby wipes, intended to literally clean dirty things, have had an inverse effect as they clog up Atlanta sewer treatment plants, causing sewage muck to spill into nearby rivers and creeks. A spokesman for watershed management advises that while certain products can be flushed down a toilet, it doesn't mean they should be; best advice is to throw that shit away. [WSB-TV]
