Castleberry Comeback

With record numbers of tourists downtown, the new Falcons Stadium going up and an arts scene in full flourish, the tiny neighborhood of Castleberry Hill is poised to blossom, says the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Currently, more than $80 million has been invested in redevelopment projects and another $250 million is the pipeline, leading local architect John Benich to surmise that Castleberry Hill could go the way of Old Fourth Ward. Castleberry Hill, an old industrial area, claims the largest inventory of historic warehouses in the city — and one crime-fighting superhero.
