There's a new man at the wheel of the Georgia Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) this week, after Governor Deal's nominee Chris Tomlinson was confirmed as the organization's new executive director. Tomlinson is already the executive director of the State Road and Tollway Authority; his new appointment consolidates the two roles and will allegedly bring about new collaboration between the automobile and transit functions of the state.
