Phase 1 of Massive Buckhead Project is Full Steam Ahead

New, 2 comments

Work has quickly progressed since we reported the beginning of site preparations last month for CityPlace, a huge apartment project at the corner of East Paces Ferry and Roxboro roads. AMLI has filed permits to begin foundation work for the first 400 apartment units and 666 parking space (really, you couldn't have fit one more in?) on "Parcel A." From the $2.5 million foundation, a five-story building is set to rise, according to What Now Atlanta. The permit for the proposed high-rise on "Parcel D" has yet to be approved by the city. But with 650 total apartments, CityPlace is poised to be one of the largest — if not the largest — new rental offerings in post-Recession Atlanta.
