Prolific developer Jeff Fuqua has hit a roadblock with his proposal for a Kroger and 190 apartments at Lindbergh and Morosgo drives. Despite proposing additional greenspace by reducing surface parking, local residents balked at the 80,000-square-foot "neighborhood" grocery store proposal, concerned about the traffic it would generate. With a vote 17 to 8 against the proposal by the Buckhead Neighborhood Planning Unit, it seems it's back to the drawing board again for the Fuqua team. [Reporter Newspapers]
