Atlanta's undisputed gaudiest home just got a whole lot cheaper. For discerning buyers who can't make do with a single home gym, and who require more Corinthian columns than a Greek metropolis, Buckhead's loneliest unsold mega-property could now be yours for $15.9 million — a price-chop of $4 million. Owned by "Big Poppa" — the incognito former love interest of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak — this is the granddaddy of Atlanta ostentation, so opulent it makes the Evander Holyfield estate seem minimalist. The square footage is comparable to half of an average Walmart. It's been on the market since October 2009, when it listed at $25 million, and the price has been steadily butchered since. Records indicate the home was scheduled to be auctioned as a foreclosure last month, which could explain the severe discount. It'll be interesting to see if the substantial drop in asking price and these spiffy new listing photos finally do the trick.
