Nothing gives the impression of more square footage like a fisheye lens. That's the tact taken with a few photos here. But then again, when you're selling a two-bedroom "penthouse" next to the Beltline for just $215,000, luring buyers might not be difficult. While there are certainly more illustrious buildings along the Eastside Trail, the ask seems astonishingly low considering the perks: 19-foot ceilings with skyline views, more than 1,200 square feet and stone's-throw proximity to Historic Fourth Ward Park. So it's clear to see the positives, even with the warped perspective of fish.
