The municipal sovereignty craze in metro Atlanta continues, as one Gold Domer has introduced a bill to create a city from the last unincorporated chunks of Fulton County. What's the tentative name of this nebulous place of roughly 90,000 residents south of the airport? They're calling it the "City of South Fulton," which would be a mouthful if it sticks.
