The busybodies at AMLI Residential want to build 640 apartments around a new two-acre park in Buckhead. The two mid-rise structures would occupy part of a 16-acre tract that Miami developers once envisioned as a blockbuster $2 billion project with 3,800 units, BuckheadView reports. Add this to AMLI's ambitions in Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, downtown, et cetera.
