The Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation has approved plans to revamp triangular Charlie Loudermilk Park in the core of Buckhead's Village, all but clearing the way for construction. Much of the new park should open by the end of April, to coincide with the Southeast Horticulture Show that'll rock the Buckhead Theatre next door. The decorative clock tower will come later.
