The listing doesn't specify who designed the home or who's building it, but it bears similarities to finished homes around Atlanta, particularly one in Edgewood, near the MARTA station. The home will occupy a fairly large lot of more than a 1/2 acre. As the Realtor assures us, it's integrated with the lot "to create a balance between the home's indoor and outdoor space and ground level terraces, including landscape design to compliment the architecture."
Otherwise, this abode is a bit of an enigma at this point. It'll have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, but no listing we could find specifies its square footage.
