The listing for this Luxe condo (above) claims the building is "the most sought-after high-rise in Midtown." Well, that's a bold statement. And it echoes similarly grand pronouncements made at other (albeit shorter) condo properties around Midtown. The Luxe has a lot going for it, namely its cusp-of-Piedmont-Park location and unique layouts that capture expansive skyline vistas. (The three-bedroom unit above quickly went under contract after being listed for $595,000, so Luxe is doing something right.) But are those perks enough to lay claim to the title of Midtown's most coveted condo community? What about units at the relatively quaint 905 Juniper building? Or those sprawlers atop the Four Seasons? The retro chic Colony House Condominiums? The Aqua building? Midcity Lofts? Cornerstone Village? Or how about 1010 Midtown, the curvaceous 35-story tower on Peachtree where more than 350 units have sold since 2010? That sounds pretty "sought-after" to us.
