The Athens alt-weekly Flagpole Magazine seems flummoxed that "the Atlanta we know and hate" has managed to get something right with the advent of the Beltline. The digs keep coming — calling ATL "the very embodiment of automobile-dependence (except when it snows)" — before the writer urges Athens to follow Atlanta's lead with downtown connectivity initiatives.
