Extreme Makeovers

A noteworthy property flip has gone down at 1311 Collier Road, just west of Interstate 75, where green company Hannah Solar transformed a tired 12,000 square-foot warehouse into stylish offices. Last week, the company installed Georgia's first "solar energy tree" in front of the building — a 22-foot-tall, bright-orange "architectural clean energy machine" capable of powering a Nissan Leaf for more than 6,000 miles per year.
