Beltline Beat

Atlanta BeltLine CEO Paul Morris took the Emerald Necklace Gospel on the road to Athens this week, schooling UGA students and faculty on what he called the largest redevelopment project in the country. Morris offered this inspiring tidbit about Atlanta: "It may well be for the next 20 years the hottest spot to move in the country ... It's because people want to live in the city. People want to be a part of a vibrant culture." Hopefully word spreads on campus, so graduates will come rent all these damn apartments. [Red & Black]
