Here's What $1,500/Month Rents You Around Atlanta

New, 1 comment

In Curbed Comparisons, we scour the rental listings to find out what your monthly budget can get in various Atlanta neighborhoods. Today, we'll take a look at the $1,500 price point in four intown neighborhoods. Vote for the lease that you'd sign ...

↑ In East Atlanta, $1,450/month will rent this two-bedroom, two-bath single-family home within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The 1,085-square-foot house has fairly new looking appliances, a spacious deck with a fenced-in back yard and hardwood floors.

↑ This 931-square-foot Old Fourth Ward loft directly across from Ponce City Market can be yours for $1,575/month. Concrete walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and an easy walk to the Beltline — all the trappings of a true urbanite.

↑ This one-bedroom, one-bath condo in the heart of Downtown has fantastic views of the city for $1,495/month. The 743-square-foot space has less character than some others on our list, but the granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows and amenities (pool with a tiki bar, fitness center, 24/7 concierge, conference room, etc.) may make up for that.
