Brookleigh Marketplace, a 56-acre master-planned community owned by the Housing Authority of DeKalb County, has signed its first two retail tenants. Primrose Schools and PURE Taqueria will take pieces of the Marketplace's 40,000 square-foot retail component, which is rising near the corner of Ashford Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry roads. For its sixth Georgia location, PURE plans to build a replica 1950s gas station with a rooftop patio. [Reporter Newspapers]
