More Modern-ish Offerings In Old Fourth Ward Pipeline

New, 19 comments

Plans have surfaced for a large modern home around the corner from the Beltline that calls $699,000 an entry point but allows for uncanny customization. They're billing this four-bedroom, tri-level residence as being part of "The Custom Collection" and the name is apropos: A buyer gets to choose everything — from the finishes to the landscaping, the floor plans to the elevation. (Based on selections, the price may rise or dip). As is, it's billed as 2,625 square feet, situated on a street of mostly postwar brick bungalows between Historic Fourth Ward Park and its skatepark. With a trifecta of that greenspace, the Beltline and Ponce City Market, the listing's all-caps description of O4W as "the HOTTEST neighborhood in Atlanta" is probably justified.
