Dept. Of Good News?

New, 1 comment

Good news first: That Buckhead mansion called "Rossdhu" just sold for $6.3 million, making it the priciest residential sale the city has seen since 2011. That's certainly evidence of Atlanta's real estate rebound, right? Or is it? The bad news is that the 12,705-square-foot estate at 2900 Andrews Drive was initially listed for $14.5 million in 2009. From there, the price fell and fell, and then fell some more, until the owners sold for less than half of their initial ask. Is that victory or surrender? (For a glimpse inside Rossdhu, here's our 2013 feature). [What Now Atlanta]
