The Wells Fargo tower at Atlantic Station (formerly known as the Wachovia building and, before that, a polluted brownfield) has hit the market in the relatively low $130-million range, Bisnow reports. That means owner JPMorgan could take a bath on the 17th Street tower, which the company bought in roaring 2005 for $163 million. In an era of record high big-ticket transactions, it's unclear why JPMorgan would make such a move. [Bisnow]
