Just when you thought the apartment offerings at Buckhead Atlanta were pricey, along comes the Sovereign, lumbering down Peachtree like a cash-gulping King Kong. Unit 4004 will be available for lease in a few short weeks — for $11,000 per month, or $132-large for one year's rent. It's got 40th-floor views, 3,000 heated square feet (and another 600 on the lavish terrace) and a three-sided fireplace ... but still, is the rent too damn high?
