An Atlanta developer could be planning to transform a seven-story, 1960s-era building at 222 Piedmont Ave. into a boutique hotel, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. Developer Jim Cumming, who bought the former home of Oxford Industries for a measly $2.5 million last year, isn't talking.
