Kirkwood's business district could get a substantial dose of foot traffic if an apartment developer's plans materialize, though some worry the proposal might be too dense. Euramex Management bought three acres behind the mixed-use Kirkwood Station in November, and now they want to purchase and demolish adjacent apartments at 1910 Bixby Street to increase the scale of the planned rental community.
