Apartment-Palooza

New, 1 comment

Kirkwood's business district could get a substantial dose of foot traffic if an apartment developer's plans materialize, though some worry the proposal might be too dense. Euramex Management bought three acres behind the mixed-use Kirkwood Station in November, and now they want to purchase and demolish adjacent apartments at 1910 Bixby Street to increase the scale of the planned rental community. Blueprints indicate the project, if approved, would bring 290 units at an average of 875 square feet. [Decaturish]
