Jamestown officials say one of two buildings planned to face the Beltline near North Avenue will eventually be a 16-story condo tower. Construction is under way on Ponce City Market's shed and another commercial structure called the "Boiler Building," which will begin life as a 30-foot-high parking garage with a Beltline-facing pavilion. The condo tower will rise above the parking structure in two to five years, officials predict, after the rest of the massive PCM project wraps. [CL]
