If you're not hung up on things like walkability, public transit access or highway noise from Interstate 75, this tri-level Buckhead contemporary from the 1970s might be just the home for you. The listing images make it look like an outdoorsman's dream house with a heavily wooded 2/3-acre lot, multiple decks and a screened-in hot tub, but in actuality, the interstate is right there. It's like M. Night Shyamalan's The Village, where people think they're living in the middle of nowhere until somebody checks and there's like a White Castle around the corner. Still, the 2,584-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath home isn't badly priced at $534,000 (that's after 11 price cuts totaling $64,000 in less than a year, though). The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light, and the kitchen is modern enough. The basement, however, still reeks of 1974-ness and the exterior is a touch fortress-y from certain angles.
