We're a little behind our national colleagues on this one, but the concrete-clad Lewin-Vera House in Collier Hills deserves a mention, which is exactly what Dwell architecture magazine gave it earlier this year. The address isn't given, but we think this "beacon of affordable modern design" — achieved for just $150 per square foot — sits off Northside Drive, where it has piqued the interest of passersby since 2010. The minimalist red rectangle makes terrific use of Atlanta's tricky terrain. [Dwell/Curbed National]
