A Midtown Alliance update on public space projects proves that commendable, pedestrian-friendly happenings are afoot all over Atlanta's cosmopolitan core. Overhead utilities are in the process of being buried on 8th, 10th and 16th streets, as the so-called "Peachtree Streetscape palette" extends to the southern end of Midtown.
