Tourism Beat

A recent Hotwire.com study found that metro Atlanta boasts some of the most affordable hotel rates in the nation, providing another reason for tourists to come wander our city in lost frustration. By average nightly price, metro Atlanta lodgers pay about $75, which is good for No. 5 in a top-10 list of most-reserved cities on Hotwire's website. At a measly $56/night, Orlando was ranked as cheapest. [WABE]
